 1: Will I get confirmation of my order?

2: I placed my order but did not receive a confirmation email. Why?

If you haven’t received a confirmation email, please consider the following possibilities:

-There may have been a misspelling in your email address during checkout
-Your email provider may have strict spam filters, which might have blocked the email

3: What happens after I receive my order confirmation?

 We check our warehouse or with our suppliers to make sure that your item(s) are available and can be dispatched as soon as possible. If your item(s) are available for shipping, we'll process the charges and prepare to ship your order.

In the event that your item(s) are unavailable for immediate dispatch, we will reach out to you via email or telephone to offer you an alternative. If you decide not to go ahead with any of the alternatives we've offered, we will remove the pre-authorization from your payment method.

 

4: Why do you need my phone number?

Car Flow Parts is established in The Netherlands. We also operate multiple warehouses across Europe and Asia. This network helps us reduce shipping times and minimize shipping costs for our customers.

9. How do you know where to ship my order?

Once an order is placed, our system automatically detects your shipping location. Your order is then routed to the nearest fulfillment center, ensuring faster processing and delivery.

10. What about customs duties and import taxes?

Customs fees and import taxes are outside of our control and may vary by country. While we always strive to ship from the closest warehouse to minimize or avoid these charges, customers are responsible for any applicable duties or taxes.
