What is your return policy?

You have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return. Items must be unused, undamaged, and returned in original packaging.

How do I request a return?

Simply reach out to our support team via the Contact Page and mention your order number. We'll handle the rest.

Do I have to pay for return shipping?

If the item was incorrectly delivered or defective, we’ll cover return costs. For voluntary returns, shipping costs are at your own expense.

How does your warranty work?

Every wiper set includes a 12-month functional warranty. If they don’t work properly due to a production fault, we’ll replace them — no questions asked.

What is not covered by the warranty?

Normal wear & tear, accidental damage, or improper installation are not covered. But we’re always here to help you solve it anyway.
